What to expect:

A professional home inspection is a current condition, visual inspection of the readily accessible systems and components of a home. Completed by a certified home inspector, the inspection should take approximately 3 hours on site and you can expect a complete, full length report emailed directly to you within 24 hours. Printed hard copies and digital photo collections are also available upon request. Although not a necessity, clients are encouraged to join the inspector on site near the end of the inspection, to walk through and ask questions.

Thermal Imaging

A+ Home Inspections is proud to offer thermal imaging as an additional tool in all of our home inspections at no added cost to the customer. Thermal imaging gives the inspector an advantage to help detect heat loss, deficiencies in heating/cooling systems, leaks and moisture, electrical hazards, and other problems that otherwise wouldnt be visible.
